Canada’s fastest growing e-Scheduling company automates referrals
VANCOUVER, B.C. – Click4Time was recently recognized as a leader in the online appointment and resource booking industry as the winner of Canada Health Infoway’s ImagineNation Outcomes 2013 Challenge. Now it generates another burst of excitement in the health care sector by developing a way for health practitioners to encourage client referrals.

The initial project was to develop a way for a mobile massage therapist to grow their business using local hotel concierges as sales people. The first step was to allow concierges to book referrals directly into the therapist’s schedule and receive credit for making the booking.
Phase two of the project was allowing the massage therapist to easily add new concierges or “Agents” into the system and set individual commission rates. The system sends out a notification so the concierge knows he is now included in Click4Time’s e-Scheduling system. Popularity and interest had now increased in the concierge and hospitality industry.
In phase three, Click4Time built a simple way for health practitioners to “invite” other practitioners to signup for a 60 day free trial for its award winning e-Scheduling system.
In Summary: Click4Time created a quick and easy way for the massage therapist to invite the physiotherapist to be part of his Business Referral Network and the physiotherapist could reciprocate and invited the massage therapist to be part of his Network. In professions where commissions for referrals are the norm, they can be defined and tracked automatically.
